Can not log onto servers

when I try to connect to a server, it will wait for a bit and say "timed out"

I USE DIREWOLF20 FOR 1.6.4 (every patch turned out like this)

That is a vanilla error. There may be a fix at the link below suggested by Ashzification.

Um, you are missing a library class, delete the folder labelled Libraries and launch the game, it should redownload them, otherwise try doing a complete reinstall of FTB (wipe all files to do with FTB).

there isn't a folder labelled libraries, only in the server package, i am having this issue on client, and I do not host the server, nor own it, i just play it.

I have deleted the folder for direwolf20 and reinstalled the modpack, but i still cannot get the library

if this means anything, i got this upon opening the launcher
