Worked fine until today. There was no crash. I am able to create a new world. I am able to edit with MCEdit. "region-fixer --dc" did not help. I've deleted the FTB folder (after saving the saved game) and rebooted.

Any help is appreciated. The badness starts around line 1200:
  1. 2013-10-06 13:54:31 [SEVERE] [Minecraft-Server] Chunk file at -30,-6 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected -30, -6, got -23, -17)

1. Update Java. It truly helps.
2. When you last saved/closed the server, did anything happen? Was there a power surge? Was there some program accessing the hard drive? This are clear signs of world corruption. I doubt you can restore it now. Perhaps using MCEdit to delete the chunks, but the best thing to do is to use a backup system to go back to an older save.

That looks like the main problem. :p Try erasing that particular chunk/all entities there, and see if that helps. :)

Alright. I'll try updating Java first. Failing that, how do I delete the "Chunk file at -30,-6?"

Finally, I'll start making regular backups...

Well, you could try using MCEdit, but I have no idea on how to use it. Just be really careful, it's known to be problematic with mods.
Google is your friend, just search for "minecraft delete specific chunk"
Back up first.
