Can i config tinker parts (for example sword blade) to be stronger or not?

I mean, i played a lot on Cloud 9 modpack, and, there was some Enderium sword blades and things, and, that sword blade was the strongest one.
Now i've done my modpack, but, when i'm searching the Endreium Sword Blade, it is the weakest one.
Can i config this somewhere to make this part be the stringest or something?

Enderium tool parts is added by ExtraTiC in 1.7.10 and PlusTiC in later versions.
Enderium used to be the most powerful material by far, in every conceivable way. Which is silly, considering how easy it is to get in large quantities.
Eventually, the authors of ExtraTiC realized this themselves and nerfed the material all the way down to the bottom of the world.
I don't know about PlusTiC, but probably, PlusTiC based their stats on the last version of ExtraTiC.

The mod Tweakers Construct might be able to change some of the stat, I don't know if melee damage is changeable.

If you are in 1.7.10, then you could try downgrading to a version of ExtraTiC from before the nerf, I don't know which version that is.
