I have a lot of items that require RF to use, and it's very time consuming to charge them all up with a speed of 1000 RF/t , so is there a way that will charge the items while they are laying in the ME system? IDC if it will be slow, I'm playing on a server that's consistently running, with a chunk loader on my base. So if there IS a way, it can just charge it when I'm sleeping (IRL).

Feed a hopper with all the stuff that needs charging into an Energetic Infuser (I hope you have that, if not we need modlist), then place an Import Bus on the output

But will the export bus take the items doesn't madder how much RF they have?

You need to use a Fuzzy card to get the Export bus to recognise all charge levels. A precise(now the default) Import bus can then be filtered to only pull fully charged items out of the charger(or some will auto output etc.). Problem with this however is that it will create a loop for most items(since fully charged items fit the Fuzzy export bus's filter).

There are a couple ways to deal with this:
  • Only ever recharge empty items. That way you don't need the fuzzy card and items wont loop.
  • Use ME to insert the item into the charger, but use something else to extract it again, putting it into something like an Enderchest. You can then pick up the charged items using an Ender Pouch.
  • You could possibly put a Storage bus on an Ender Chest and filter it to Input only and filter it to the fully charged items. That way the fully charged item will not be dumped back into regular ME storage, but a place where it can only deposit it, but not take it back into the charger. Pick them up with Ender Pouch etc.
The way you need to set things up vary a lot with the different items. Some are not counted the same item as they go from 0-99% to 100% charge. That makes it a whole lot easier to set up ;) But you will need to experiment a lot usually to get it to work right. Lots of other mods have various fuzzy settings on their item transport solutions, some can even tell the difference between charge levels(RF only I think). So you might need to be creative in which mods you use in conjunction with ME.
