So basically, I am working on something on FTB Monster and I need some Ender Pearls but I have not really seen any Endermen in the biome I am living in, the snow biome. Can they spawn in a snow biome or not?

They can, if you need enderpearls that bad, you have 2 options.. Ender forest (added by reika mods, dont remember which one tough..) and MFR autospawner. (ALso there is always a nice portal to the end somewhere 500 blocks from your spawn point
