Can a world be moved to a different account?

I have a few things to ask, please bear with me...
First of all, my friend started a world for three of us to play on. I was teaching them how to play, and we later switched to FTB on Direwolf. She doesnt play anymore so I am paying the fees to keep it going for the two of us. Is it possible to transfer this to my own account so I can fix things when it is needed instead of bugging her?

All the monsters from our world were all but gone. Hectates were still in world, but did not move or attack. (They never have from the start) Someone suggested flipping to peaceful then back, and this worked for a couple hours then they disappeared once again. Animals are getting sparse as well. I am thinking we need to remove hectates? How hard is this to do?

Lastly chunks of the world are randomly missing. Usually it is like a huge ravine, you can see both ends. If you fly high enough you can get past it, but if you are mining underground you just have to turn back. This is not just me, anyone else on at that time see it as well, which means it is a world issue not an issue with my PC. Attaching a photo, it is dark... sorry!

Ok all done now... thanks in advance for any help!

What kinda account do you mean? Worlds are just files on the machine, so if it's a local one, she can go to her Minecraft folder, find your world and upload it on the internet. If it's a server rented from a hosting company, she can get it via multiple means (web-browser control panel, FTP~~) and then transfer it to you same way again (usually uploading it)

Hecates from Ars Magica 2 used to be bugged back in certain builds for 1.6.4

Which modpack are you playing precisely? (If the modpack has OpenBlocks mod in it, you can go to the OpenBlocks.cfg config file and right at the top there's a line that says something like "disableMobNames". In there, put arsmagica2.MobHecate within the < >

Those are chunk errors, pretty common especially on 1.6.4 packs. Relogging will fix em.
