Do you understand the rules?: yes of course but are there any restrictions on 24/7 automated factories setups? because I want to builds massive automated factories and no server could provide me to do this because of restrictions on like for example chunk loading limits and only working while your's online. This is an industrial modpack so why limits it if that's one of the reasons people play with that pack.
How often will you be playing?: as much as possible usually 3+ hours a day.
