Here are the specs:
Technology: Ivy Bridge
CPU: Intel Xeon E3 1245v2
Cores / Threads: 4 / 8
Frequency: 3.4GHz+ / 3.8GHz Turbo Boost
RAM: 32 GB DDR3
Hard disk: 2x 120GB SSD
Bandwidth: 100 Mbps guaranteed

For $89 a month. Is this good?
From OVH
Also what operating system should I get.

Thanks,

Thats good so far. I planned on buying from OVH soon but dont know if their service is good enough. I heard good things so far but still not positive. Also, I would recommend getting the SSD for disk performance.

I would recommend a linux OS like CentOS or Debian/Ubuntu.

Setting up the server isnt the issue to me though. As long as the server is fast, stable, and have a good background I will be willingly to try them out.

Super fast hardware, running a server with OVH myself, less powerful than yours though. I would suggest Ubuntu Server as the OS. Stick with the SSD's, they make chunks load at an insane speed, your players will love you for it.

Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions. Everything is always helpful and as for Ubuntu I would need a tutorial on how to setup minecraft on it. Any links would be nice.
