Hi. I'm relatively new to FTB in general. I'm experimenting with a rather complex elevator system using support frames. I was wondering if there is a way to keep basic buttons stationary within moving support frames. They slide off whatever surface they are located on when the frames start to move. I'd like a traditional style elevator with buttons located on the inside of the elevator.

Thanks

Solved: Use panels rather than covers. :)

If you are using RP2 frames, they are somewhat buggy when it comes to redstone sources. I know buttons that I press to test airship movement using a frame inchworm drive always pop off. The same applies to the wireless redstone transmitters. The receivers work but the transmitters pop off. BTW: I know this happens in Mindcrack and DW20 packs.

i believe what you need to keep a button attached to a frame in to put a panel (1/4 size microblock) on the frame then put the button on that frame (on the frame next to the thing you are trying to operate)

Blackfire: It's the Redstone Mod

You're exactly right Norfgarb. I just figured it out as you posted. I unfortunately was making the mistake of using covers rather than panels for my redstone applications.

Thanks everyone.
