Burning through RAM. Memory Leak

Im running Direwolf V5.01
Server is
hexcore 3.8
32GB RAM

I have BukkitForge installed.

The server is burning through RAM at a rate of 1GB per minute. Im restarting every 30 minutes.

I am not getting any errors in console nor am I getting a crash log.

What else do you guys need fro me to diagnose?

Can you pastebin the server log. While there might not be errors chances are that some clue exists in them
