Bukkit Forge or MCPC?

was wondering which i should use, using Bukkit forge atm, but i hear all around that people use MCPC Which one should i use?

MCPC+, it causes less errors, though it doesn't let you /reload which is a shame.

/reload is a broken idea and people who use it should be slapped. It takes 5 minutes to properly restart a server in a worst case scenario and doing /reload has the potential to break a great deal of things.

MCPC+ has better performance as well.

Always use mcpc+ over anything like bukkit forge mcpc+ =spigot
