BuildCraft Quarry Bug?

Hey guys, im trying to setup a simple BC Factory quarry on Infinity Evolved. I've set it up correctly to my knowledge, and even watched a couple videos on how to set it up. Whats odd and keeps happening is that i place the land markers, right click them and get the red square as usual, then i take the quarry place it and 3/4 markers pop out and i give it power but nothing happens. The yellow marker shows up but other than that nothing happens. So i go over break the 4th marker (which happens to be the farthest marker from the quary) and then the yellow marker thing starts flashing and then the drill just appears and looks like its attempting to break blocks but it doesnt. The quarry doesnt make its structure and the drill doesnt break any blocks. But the crappy thing is that the quarry takes energy while it does nothing, i wasted enough energy to make sure i wasnt missing on something so i let the drill do 2 full complete 'scans' i should say.

Anyways, is there any fix to this? Why isn't the structure appearing? Why is the yellow/black marker flashing? And why isnt the drill breaking anything?

I was just trying to make a 64 by 64 quarry and it ended up with only 1 row of the structure and when I broke that piece it was just a working quarry drill in the air

Maybe try just placing 3 markets and did you place the markets, right click and then place the powered quarry
