Buildcraft pipes not working w/ Iron Chest mod 1.5

Hey,

I am trying to connect cobblestone pipes to the side of a gold chest. Unfortunately the pips spews out the item as soon as it hits the chest, the chest is empty. This does not work w/ iron chests either. I cant figure this out is it a bug or what? Can anyone help I have been googling for the last hour and trying to fix for the last hour and a half. If this is a bug can we alert somebody to fix it?

EDIT: It does work w/ vanilla chests though but not any from Iron Chests mod

They're beta packs, which means they're probably going to break your worlds, so I don't suggest using it on a server, and as of yet there is no server download.
 
I haven't got any beat packs. As I said I didn't know they existed and I don't where to them as the launcher didn't have any, did it?. I am running a custom 1.5 server. I built the pack manually :)
