Buildcraft blueprints problem

Hello everybody .
i have an small question/problem
i have downloaded some blueprints from the internet .
when i place the bpt files into the blueprints directory .
and when i start up Feed the beast and go into an new map it creates 2 files an list file and an indexfile
when i get myself an blueprint library in minecraft it doesent show up with the bluprints i previously put in that folder .
i have tryd some things like delete the list and index file but it does not seem to work

any suggestions or maby how to fix this

I would suggest avoiding the Builder and blueprints in 1.4.2, I found it crashes my world when I use the builder.
