Not sure what is exactly going on as your log is a little hard to read as it lost most of the format. The one thing I do know is that you have a block that is ticking. If you are able to hover over it enough to remove it while in game then do that and try placing it again. If you cannot the normal way to fix a ticking block is to backup your saves and configs. Then use MCEdit to remove the ticking block. The one that is ticking is at 'Block location: World: (-27,41,75)'. The block might appear as air block or an unknown block in MCEdit, that is because MCEdit is not built for mods. It can remove the ticking block, but make sure you do not add or remove any other blocks to be safe.

Take what back? I assume you thought you'd replied that my suggestion worked? By bugging out, how do you mean? Could you post a new error log?

Here's what's happening. He'd have a Tesseract, be it liquid or item tesseract, in an inventory space. Everything works relatively fine until he hovers over the item in the inventory, to see the item name, to move it, or etc. When he tries to interact with the tesseract(s) in any way, the game crashes. I think, quite sure, that this only happens with tesseracts, as everything else seemed normal.

I hope this helps! :)

Sorry for the double post, but I think I have a solution, after some diligent searching around. Snacky, the issue is that the force wrench does wonky things when you interact with a tesseract with it. The problem is the force wrench saves all the configs when you remove something with it. So if your tesseract was connected to something when being force wrenched, it causes that to be put into your inventory instead of a regular tesseract like you had.

Here is a link to a step-by-step solution I found: FTB Unleashed Crash when opening inventory.

Maybe someone else wants to chime in, but I think the above solution might work.

(And definitely make sure you backup your world before trying the above linked steps.)
