So I'm playing in the minecrack mod pack and i'm having issues with water/lava liquid flows (not through pipes) when i destroy the source block the water flow doesn't seem to go away until i re-log same with lava. and when i poor a bucket the source block stays in place and doesn't flow, sometimes it does this but the flow is invisible. what can i do to fix this? i have optifine installed also. please help this is a huge bother to me!
Bug/Glitch I don't know. HELP!

Remove optifine. Use the search bar next time, I've seen this same issue at least four times now.
