Summary of the problem Bronze Gear Uncraftable

Pack Version 1.3.0

What is the bug? While the recipe exists for the bronze gear and I can click it into a crafting table, nothing is created. Output slot is blank.

Mod & Version Thermal Foundation 1.12.2-2.3.7.18 (included in v1.3.0 beta of modpack)

Link to log file no errors, so no log

Is it repeatable? Yes, everytime

I did reboot and relog and the problem persists. I've attached the log and included a screenshot.

Same thing is happening with the tin gear as well. Confirmed on two different devices.

Remove optifine and try again.

If it still fails, post new log - and please use paste.feed-the-beast.com and share the link (as suggested in the instructions for getting a log - makes it easier to read it)

I was unable to reproduce this issue on my 1.3.0 creative test work, nor on my personal server.

I DO notice, however, that your desktop is using a rather old version of Java.

Please update to using the latest Java from Oracle or OpenJDK and try to reproduce the issue again.

@hardytm426 Could you open the instance folder and navigate into the scripts folder. In there should be a file called 00_default.zs. please open it with a text editor and paste the contents in a paste (paste.feed-the-beast.com) and then post the link here. Thanks.

Well I don't know how that is possible as I only have one version installed and it's v8u151. However, the Twitch desktop client was set to use the native launcher which I assumed would use whatever version of java I have installed, but I changed that to use the jar launcher and specified it to use the version of java that is installed on my PC.

Based on your previous /client/ log...

Well then that is a Twitch client issue as I only have 1.8.0_151 x64 installed on my device and once I changed from using the native launcher to the jar based launcher and manually specified the version to use, it was forced to use the one installed on my PC.

However, I also found that when I updated my server, that I forgot to copy over the 00_default.zs script file from the newer version of the mod pack. So now that I've done that, the problem has gone away.

Ah, okay. So yes your issue was because there was no recipe changes being made so while the recipe changes appeared clientside and worked in singleplayer because the server didn't have them they weren't there. Please be sure to double check that you're not missing the file in the future. :) Have a great day.
