Those sure are machines. 'tis very orange. Have you tried turning them off and on again?

To be serious, you've given us absolutely no useful information in your post, so I wouldn't count on getting much, if any, aid with this.

What version of GregTech?

Are you giving it enough power to run? (fluid throughput on the steam pipes)
[newest versions] Are you giving the right power, and is the engine set up correctly to produce the needed power output? (you may need to screwdriver it)

Does GregTech still have the steam venting thing? If so, one side of the machines will be specially marked, and you can't put a block on that side. (You can change that side with a wrench)
