I'm not sure if it even exists anymore. I can't find the code anywhere either.
But well it is kinda old so I'm not sure if it's worth it.
 
Wasn't that pack just vanilla with MineLittlePony and those voxel mods on it?

AFAIK you don't really need a pack to use the mod, if you you where so inclined you could LD it yourself and use it on any server, the players without the mod just get a random pony skin.
Upon some research I found that there is a 1.7.10 version of MiLP. I think the 1.8.X version looks delayed for whatever reason.
