Brand new server crashing after couple of hours

Recently got a 1gb server running the latest Direwolf20 1.6.4 modpack (1.0.11) and it's kind of been crashing. The error log is below.

I'm thinking it's most likely the RAM needing to be upgraded but I want to be sure, thanks!

It is, edit: "upgraded not exactly more like maybe more allocated." Please use these arguments for your server. Your clients could use the FTB client arguments to help them too.

Edit: I'm no expert on servers, but you are not trying to run the game and the server on the same machine right? Also how many people are you playing the game with? That might help someone list how much RAM you need.

No, the server is hosted on a different machine, and yeah I added a bit more RAM allocation. There's a max of 4 players, usually around 1-2 since it's just a server for me and my friends.
