botana mana generation, need a little help

i need a little help, i watched the direwolf20 episode where he used the lava flowers combined with blood magic to get lava in there, but is there another way for me to put a lava source between the 8 flowers without doing it by hand? i thought about using two autonomous activators to fill and dump buckets but is there some easyer way without using blood magic?

buildcraft floodgate, get lava from any source and pipe it in

also the buildcraft pump can suck up the lava, and there is an upgrade for the ritual that allows it to place the lava in a liquid tank directly
