Bonemeal not being consumed when I used it on wheat in Infinity

This happening to anyone else? I've added a couple mods to the pack (rotary/reactor/electri/chromati craft, Custom Ore Gen, and Iguana Tweaks), but with the possible exception of rotarycraft I can't see any of them causing this.

Seems like a bug/oversight, given how exploitable it is, but I'm not entirely sure.

RC does not touch bonemeal.
