my block is a it do not dowload the mods min insmods + it do not say it dowloading mods or like dowloading IC2 BC

We need more information. First of all Operating System + Java Version + Beta Launcher Version + any error logs you have. Be sure to tell us whether your OS & Java are 32 or 64 bit. Also your english is very hard to understand. From what I understand, your launcher doesn't seem to be downloading the mods correct? The very first version of the launcher didn't actually download any mods. Is there a chance that you have this version?

i do have windows vista is a 64bit java 32bit FTB launcher 0.2.1-bata i do not have some erros (fail) minecraft 1.4.2

Then download the new launcher from www.feed-the-beast.com/beta and put that one into a separate folder.
