Summary of the problem Blood Magic's Blood Altar Doesn't Craft

What is the bug? Presumably all blood altar crafting is nonfunctional. At least attempting to make the entry level orb/tier 1 slate. Altar completely full, place item to infuse and nothing happens, no particles, altar doesn't drain.

Is it repeatable? Yes, place a piece of stone/diamond on a blood altar that is sufficiently full.
