Summary of the problem Blood Magic Sacrifice Deletes all items in inventory

Pack Version 3.0.1

What is the bug? I used the sacrificial dagger for blood magic in front of the blood magic alter and then I died.
After death my baubles remained yet the rest of my stuff is gone.
No grave left behind or anything.
My Golden Laurel Crown was destroyed yet I still died and all my stuff is gone.
I lost everything in my inventory (including draconic armor)

Did you look for a grave at y:0 or 255?

Lol just happened to me I can't fid my grave.

Used search and found this to be the latest one, and it was still open.

Confirming that this bug still happens. Playing off the twitch version of Sky Factory 3.
