Blood Magic Question.

I am new to blood magic and in my new LP series I am running Magic World 2 and I am going to focus on blood magic and I found a Skeleton spawner under my base area and I was wondering if I build my blood altar and then a Well of Suffering close to the spawner will i get the XP from the kills from the Well of Suffering?

From what i understand, the well of suffering does NOT drop exp (thats from just a quick glance at the code )

IIRC, it will only cause mobs to drop their drops, not exp.
