Blood Armor Question

Hello-
I made my bound armor, and I have items in slots 0-4, including the Demon Blood Shard for 2 Sigils, the Master Blood Orb to power them, and the aforementioned 2 sigils, but I can't see the blood network UI from the Divination Sigil. Did I do this correctly?

Divination Sigil in Bound Armor gives Night Vision.

Is this website incorrect then?
Also, when I take off the plate, there is absolutely no difference in my vision.

Try closing the f3 menu because it remove some UI's from the screen when open.
