Problem Blocks won't show up when I look at them. NEI

Blocks and Enities wont show up when i look at them.

Mod Pack: FTB Presents Sky Factory 3

Version: 3.0.21

I cannot fix this issue, everything says to enable Highlight Tooltips or something around those lines, but that is not an option. This might be a noob question. Sorry!
