Problem Blocks resetting after chunk unload.

Hi All,

I've a mystcraft dimension on a DW20 server where is some small patches if areas become unloaded when it loads again everything inside gets reset; blocks return where they were mined, chests return and there contents reset, I'm not sure what causes it and it has in places seemingly fixed itself.

Theres quite a lot of stuff in this dimension so I'd rather not have to delete if I can, and its not a problem thats ever cropped up anywhere else.

Hopefully someone has maybe seen this before and has a solution
 
Do you have an ender chest in chunk?

While I haven't experienced this, others have mentioned that ender chests sometimes cause this.
 
I'll double check for enderchests but I don't think theres any, as for lag its not block lag, you can mine an area out and it remains like that as long as the chunk is loaded, but as soon as the chunk unloads everything returns back to way it was.
 
Bumping this because I am having the same exact problem. Both the twilight and end aren't saving 100% of the time.
