Blocks disappear in Twilight Forest

There are certain blocks unique to twilight forest that disappear if I put my cursor on them.
Roots and torchberries specifically come to mind.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Its a known bug with waila and nei tool tips. Same thing happens to thaumcraft stuff. Last I heard the problem has been identified on NEI's end and the next release should fix the tool tips issue. Not sure about waila though...

WAILA released a new version yesterday, 1.4.0 which fixes the problems with thaumcraft. and for me the blocks in the twilight forest haven't been disappearing anymore, then again I am on 1.6.4, if you're still playing an older minecraft version this problem will not be fixed

If you are using the pre-configured controls, you can press '1' on the numblock to toggle WAILA tooltips while playing.

people often mention it's because of WAILA because it actually comes from the vanilla NEI tooltips, but WAILA often enables this feature without people knowing it's actually from NEI
