Title:
Block Updates Will Cause Spikes In Performance!
Launcher Version:1.4.11
Modpack:All
Modpack Version:1.7.10 - 1.8.9

Details of the issue:This happens across all Mod-packs.
Anytime I cause a block update I get a spike in Performance.
These include:
Breaking blocks - Spikes down to 20 fps
Pouring water - Spikes persist until water has settled (fps drops to 10)
Spreading fire - Spikes persist until fire is stationary (fps down to 5)
Yes all block updates cause me to endure fps lag for the duration of update.
Something strange to note. After creating a large fire I of course get lag as aforementioned. However, if I am to step away say... a chunk or more. My Fps resolves and returns to a solid 100ish. A Very strange occurrence. My best guess is an issue with Fastcraft, as it's in every pack I play with.
Considering breaking blocks is a key mechanic in this game, playing with an issue like this is... less than optimal. I would really really appreciate some insight into this issue. Hopefully we will be able to dampen or resolve this issue entirely.
Edit: Not fast craft causing issues
