Problem Blank Not Enough Wands Config File

I made my own modpack for 1.15.2 and one of the mods I installed is Not Enough Wands. While playing, I realized that some of the settings were not what I wanted. When I went into the config file and found the one for Not Enough Wands, I opened it and nothing at all appeared. I don't know why this happened or how to fix it. If anybody can help that would be greatly appreciated.
