(aimed at @jordsta95) Blamed for not explaining that the rules are fairly simple on this one - each variant of to/too/two has its own meaning, its just unfortunate that they're homophones.
I blame you for misunderstanding me, I know that they all have a different purpose I just hate the fact that they are all pronounced the same. Is this a bit better explained?

I blame you lets the reader know who blames who
you are blamed does not
you are blamed by me does though
You have been blamed for the way you do stuff...
It's actually possible to fit a lot of "past tense" phrases into present tense. If you want to sound "smart" you shouldn't do it, but if you are "smart" you can do it
