Blacklisting Help!

Hello!
I have a small problem with my D20 server.
I've been using thousands of blacklisting plugins...but they don't work.

Like...Banning Gravity Gun on TekkitCustomiser for ex.
I put the permissions on the Defaults

- tekkitcustomizer.1396.*.*

and I restarted the server


After that, I deop myself and make myself a default thru console...and I give myself the items thats needed to craft a Gravity gun (thru console)

I craft it...Like it wasnt even blacklisted.

So I need help!
What blacklist plugin do you suggest/use?

tekkit customizer is the best out there for what you are trying to do, the permission above 'tekkitcustomizer.1396.*.*' makes it so that group can have the item in every possible way, and doesn't ban it, you want to go into the config file to ban items for use, and then put that permission node in to groups you do want to be able to use it.
