Hope you can find one. I have been having the same issue recently. There doesn't seem to be a wiki or videos or anything on it anywhere! I'm sure someone could get a ton of views if they were to make a video on it.
The same could honestly be said for any UE mod that doesn't involve blowing stuff up, unfortunately.
I for example, don't know what the 4 or so slots to the right of my basic factory do, despite actively using that machine for mass-smelting.
Apparently Mekanism speed upgrades don't increase energy cost, so it actually becomes more efficient.

Yeah... If there were any sort of tutorial, or wiki, I would have made videos on all of these things by now, but all people seem to care about is blowing stuff up and time traveling.
