Does anyone know why the mod does not work with the new world pack?

Without a log I can only speculate. I speculate that it is caused by an ID conflict either that or it is cause NewWorld has its own world generation that is conflicting with BoP. If you provide a console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link to it here we can help you further. Look here for more info on the logs.

New World Pack uses ExtrabiomesXL so yeah, you would need to remove EXBXL and Put in BoP yourself. Read the mod list folks it's right there

removing extrabiomesxl was the first thing i did before i started it up but even with it removed it wouldent work

"Does not work" is not a very useful description of the problem. Without any actual details, I'd guess:
1. BoP adds a lot of IDs. You probably have conflicts. Consult your local error log.
2. BoP installed fine, but you haven't told MC to use BoP worldgen

when i added the mod to the pack it said minecraft has crashed so should i place the error here or put it in the support section? because minecraft wont even start when the biomes o plenty mod is put in it

We use pastebin.com for logs. I prefer the console log in debug mode as it provides a lot more info than the error log. Look here for info on the logs. The button on the console should paste it to pastebin.com for you, then just post the link here.
