Biomes o plenty server

So me and my friends mad a minecraft Infinity server and i changed the level type to BIOMESOP but the it wont generate any biomes o plenty biomes. I tried looking in the config but i cant find the add biomes o plenty to generation thing please help. I even tried deleting tje world file and opening up minecraft_server1.7.10 to re download it
