Biomes O Plenty not working with Cloud 9

Details of the issue I tried adding a few mods to Cloud 9 via the twitch launcher. I've successfully installed Veinminer, and then attempted to install Biomes O'Plenty. There are no crashes, but it will not give me the option to generate a Biomes O'Plenty world when creating a new save file. The Twitch launcher registers it being active but Minecraft does not.
