What part of colors in BOP don't people like? The sky, the blocks, what?

All of the above, but only in some of the biomes.

Personally I don't like the color of the grass.

I hate the sky blocks. I turn that stuff off. They look terrible. Maybe if they were only over certain biomes and looked good.

highlands does not support many mods (yet?) tho does it it says it does not support forestry bees and wood and does not have mystcraft pages

The symbols for Highlands biomes will be missing.

Forestry:
Highlands trees cannot be used with Forestry arboretums and machines. Highlands biomes will work for bee breeding and other biome-dependent aspects of Forestry, although only meadows hives appear to spawn in Highlands biomes.

Updated to 1.6.2. Go play with it. Get ideas. Be critical. Inform all biome mod authors of ideas and improvement. Make biomes better.
