Biomes O' Plenty conflicts with Pam's Harvestcraft

I am creating a modpack with fairly easy mods. My minecraft (1.11.2) crashes at launch if i have both of the mods in. It works perfect without one or another. I would give you the crash report but i don't know how to do that. Any idea what could cause that? Id conflict? If it is then I should learn how to change the IDS, right?
