When I load up a world, I get a warning from Twilight Forest that there's a biome ID conflict, and sure enough, I'll find an occasional "Enchanted Forest" or "Twilight Stream" biome in the overworld. I checked all of my config files and there are no conflicts as far as I can see ... and this is in a "Default World" even though BOP is installed. I loaded up the same world in vanilla MC and the biomes became "Birch Forest" / "Birch Forest Hills" / "River" (biomes that made sense with the terrain).

What's going on?

MC 1.7.10 / Forge 1291 / TF 2.3.4 / BOP 2.1.0.1067

Oops! The commit was 6 months ago. I thinl it is unsolveable at the moment, people have corrected the IDs yet it still happens.

it's a vanilla problem it seems, by default vanilla assumes that all of the special biome variations like Birch Forest M, etc are the normal biome id number +128 and just generates it without actually bothering to check and see if it really is the appropriate biome, so in larger packs where there is a bunch of biomes and the Biome ID's start getting around 200~ minecraft will start generating random biomes where it thinks the special biome variations should be, leading to TF biomes in the Overworld
