Big Reactors Uranium Bug?

So i made like 2500 Uranium for my reactor. My current reactors burn rate is .6

I left my base for about 15 min and came back to see i had 500 uranium left. It used 2000 ingots while i was away for 15 min.

I thought this was strange so i left my base again for about 5 min to come back and its all gone.

basically 2500 uranium in 20 min or so.

This does NOT happen when im in my base but it seems like if i leave it and the chunks have to reload it uses a TON of uranium. I dont think this is happening with Yellorium

Im on FTB Infinity

Does anyone else have this problem?

Just confirmed this is happening with Yellorium also. Left base for about 30 seconds...came back and my AE2 system was showing Yellorium getting drained at a rate of about 3 ingots per second.

Is your reactor built across a chunk border? Is the entire thing chunk loaded? The reactor being only partially loaded can cause the multiblock to forget itself and lose it's liquid fuel inventory.

Yeah i just came back to update this post because after chunk loading the area the reactor seems to remember its contents. That was exactly it, my reactor is built on a chunk line and it was causing the problem.

Good thing this is a private game and i can just cheat back my lost ingots lol.

Still. This seems to be an AE (or Big Reactors) bug. It shouldnt be able to attempt to insert ingots into a Big Reactor that isn't there.
And Big Reactors themselves are coded to recover themselves properly when partially unloaded and reloaded.
