Big Reactors Coolant Port Not Switching

I am trying to setup a Big Reactors Reactor but the Coolant Port is not switching into output mode so it won't let me pump out the steam, some help would be nice.

I am using FTB Infinity Evolved.

Strange.
Is the Big Reactor complete? Perhaps the port can only toggle modes once the multiblock is formed.
