Big reactors 7x7 Please help!

I've recently tried making a 7x7 big reactor powered by yellorium but a error message that i can't find out what it is does anyone know? Here's some screenshots

The error message is saying that you placed a control rod in an incorrect location. They can only be on the TOP side. I see images of 4/6 sides. Can you double-check the other two sides, and for that matter, check the inside?

For what its worth, the coordinates in the error message are the coordinates of the bad block.
