i need help im trying to get a rftools quarry to work in the nether and i have to going to a enderchest going to the overworld and every time i leave the nether the quarry stops working and i have all of the chunk loaded all of it!

Have you tried using an actual chunk loader ... Just to see if it works? Might be some kind of bug.

I, too, would guess that's the ftb chunkloader. Get chicken chunks
