BetterStorage Ender Backpack

OK, I've done some search around and haven't even been able to find anything more than the cryptic message on a 2yr old thread saying that 'yeah it uses an enderchest and when you see it you'll know where to get it' in regards to making it.

NEI doesn't have a recipe for this, how do you make one?

Endermen have a small chance to spawn wearing an Ender Backpack. If you find one, plop down an Ender Chest. When he picks up the Ender chest, he will 'trade' you the backpack by dropping it.

I don't think killing backpack endermen will ever make them drop the pack.

I believe the chance is around 2%, so it's relatively rare.

Reminder that it needs to be a VANILLA Ender Chest, which you can't place down if EnderStorage's config isn't set properly (I don't remember if it allows placing them by default on FTB, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't).
