This might be a stupid question, don't rage xD

So i'm building my base, and i want to my floor in blue engineering blocks. I guess I don't fully realize how much time this will take but what is the best way to get blue xychorium? :D

Pretty much any level. Don't start at the top of a mountain or anything, but anything below like y=60 should be fine. Honestly, despite decorating my base with a lot of xycraft blocks I still have xychorium coming out my ears.

Get a Forge Lexicon and convert other types of Xychorium into the blue kind? It's what I used to do to get what I needed.
Mind you, I had set my Lexicon to a blacklist and removed many of the items in the blacklist, so YMMV.

You can do that?! Guess I learn something new every day.

Well, the forge lexicon is intended to allow you to turn one type of item and turn it into a ore dictionary matching alternative. Mind you, it was massively nerfed in what you could swap, hence why I suggest making a custom blacklist.

Well, thanks for the info, but I was playing on a server where that option was banned :c. Thanks anyways

I think that this is a bug, but Blue Xychorium is registered under blueXychorium and Green Xychorium is under gemXychorium. This means that the Green Xychorium can be converted (using the forge lexicon) into any other colour, but not back.

I've been messing in the whitelist file for over an hour to get the damn conversion working, and by your post I finally realized I had to change the omni tools config file _[=]_O
