Best way to create liquid dimensions(RF tools)

Hey I was thinking about creating a dimension full of liquid blutonium so i could pump that an use it in my reactor because its way cheaper in maintendance cost (500 insted 15k)
So what should i use for dimlets

PS: Im a RFtools noob

liquid: blutonium (not sure what it would be called in-game) then biome: ocean (if you want just oceans of blutonium) (I haven't done rftools in a while, but i believe that is the correct setup.)
