Best way to advance in Agrarian Skies

I am at a point in AGS where I have an AE storage system for my items and am starting to automate things I would like to know
-Best way to get Diamonds
-^Redstone
-Automate smelting(TiCon or furnace)
-Steel Farm
-What fluids are essential
-If Automating any large crop farms are worth it
-Best way to automate an animal farm(I already have a good chicken one)
If you can help answer even one of these I would be grateful thanks for the help

A bloodwood tree farm gives you tons of redstones, logs to burn and virtually fire-proof building materials for fences and looks pretty too.

thanks I also have an autosmelting axe and that saves power and or fuel to get charcoal for my TiCon Steel furnace

• Diamonds = sifting gravel
• Redstone = sifting dust
• Automate smelting = itemducts and/or hoppers + chests
• Steel farm = Max-size High Oven + Iron Blocks + Redstone + Gunpowder + Sand
• All fluids are essential
• automating farms = MFR Harvester + Planter + Fertilizer (uses Forestry fertilizer and gives you something to do with the stacks of Apatite)
• automating animal farms = MFR breeder + grinder (or slaughterhouse if you are trying to do the liquid meat quest)
