Best version of optifine for dw v5

So I have some lag issues and want to know what is the best version of optifne to use for the direwolf mod pack ( latest edition)

The newest one (right now HD D2 Ultra), but would have to update forge to at least Build 6.6.0.518 (client update only if you play on a server, the server can have a different version of forge).
